In Sunday’s (22 April) second day of round-robin play at the World Senior Curling Championships 2018 in Oestersund, Sweden, United States women recorded their second win, beating Sweden by 5-3, while Canada’s women had a 9-1 win over Russia. These two teams now sit together, unbeaten on two wins, at the top of the women’s Group A.

In the women’s Group B, Scotland beat Latvia by 7-5 while Switzerland beat England by 10-2, and these two teams share the lead in that group, also unbeaten on two wins.

In Men’s Group A, Australia beat Scotland by 7-5 for a third win that puts them into a clear lead in the group, while, in men’s Group B, Germany beat Turkey by 10-2 to share top spot with Switzerland, both on two wins.

In men’s Group C, Norway had a 13-1 win over Croatia to go into a clear lead on two wins, while in Group D, Denmark lead on three wins and no losses, following their 8-1 win over Wales.
